By booking our moving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Next State Movers provides professional moving services including:

• Packing and unpacking services

• Transportation of household goods

Booking and Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final costs may vary based on actual services rendered, distance, weight, and additional services requested. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs from the original estimate.

Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply:

• More than 7 days before move date: Full refund of deposit
• 3-7 days before move date: 50% deposit refund
• Less than 3 days before move date: No refund

Liability and Insurance

Next State Movers carries liability insurance for your protection. However, customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring all items are properly prepared for moving
• Declaring high-value items in advance
• Purchasing additional insurance if desired
• Damages resulting from improper packing by the customer

We are not liable for damage to items improperly packed by the customer or for damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate information about items to be moved
• Ensure access to both pickup and delivery locations
• Be present or have a representative present during the move
• Disclose any hazardous materials (which we cannot transport)
• Empty all drawers and secure loose items

Prohibited Items

We cannot transport:

• Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals)
• Perishable food items
• Plants (for long-distance moves)
• Pets
• Illegal items

Delays and Force Majeure

Next State Movers will make every effort to complete moves as scheduled. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, accidents, or natural disasters.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State].

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
